I know that you spend countless hours staring at a television screen watching all of these crazy, outrageous reality shows. I have watched my share of these shows as well. They can become addicting. Do you ever ask yourself, "Why am I watching this?" If so that means you know that you could be spending that thirty minutes or hour doing something more productive. How about cutting back the time you watch these shows and spend more time working on accomplishing one of your goals. Instead of watching a reality show about someone else, start working on and creating your own reality. Live your dreams.
